Swift Tech LLC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Requirements regarding the need for the supplier to:

1. Notify Swift Tech LLC of nonconforming product.
2. Obtain Swift Tech LLC'S approval for nonconforming product disposition.
3. Notify Swift Tech LLC of changes in the product and / or process definition, changes of suppliers, change of manufacturing facility location and , where required, obtain Swift Tech LLC'S approval.
4. Flow down to the supply chain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.
5. Right of Access by Swift Tech LLC, their customer and regulatory authorities to applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain involved in the order and to all applicable records.
6. Swift Tech LLC does not accept Styrofoam packing in any shipments of products.
7. Swift Tech LLC requires hand counting of all products delivered to avoid any shortages or overages.
8. Swift Tech reserves the right to cancel any order due to delinquent delivery of goods purchased.
